FAQ's

• Can anyone use the boat?
    o No, only boat club members can reserve the boat and come that day and take it out. Each member must be present at every reservation.

• Do you provide any boat courses or training?
    o Yes, with each membership comes US Coast Guard approved boating course for you and your family and also on-water training for each boat of the fleet.

• Can we keep the boat past the hours of operation?
    o No, unfortunately all boats must be brought back by 5:30 PM on the day of the reservation.

• How does the gas work?
    o The boat will be provided to you with a full tank at each reservation. Before bringing the boat back, you must fill the tank with the amount of gas you used that day.

• How old must you be to join?
    o You must be 23 years old to join Hampton Boat Club.

• Is prior boating experience necessary?
    o No, anyone can join, and the proper training will be provided to every member.
